Plitvice Lakes ticket prices 2026 at a glance
Prices for Plitvice Lakes tickets depend on the season and, in summer, on the time of entry. A one-day adult ticket costs β¬10 in the low season, β¬23 in spring and October, and β¬40 or β¬25 from June to September. A two-day ticket is available for all seasons.
Every ticket is per person and in euros. It includes the electric boat and the panoramic vehicle as set by your program, accident insurance for visitors and VAT. Booking online ahead of time is recommended; the entrances sell tickets only while availability remains.

Our picks: tours with the park ticket
Our take: the admission ticket with a guided walk suits you if you are already at the park; the Zagreb trip and the Split or Trogir tour include entry with the transport. Buying the ticket directly from the park costs 10 to 40 euros by season.

Day ticket prices by season
Price list 2026, per person, VAT included.
| Day ticket | Jan to Mar, Nov to Dec | Apr to May, Oct | Jun to Sep, rate A | Jun to Sep, rate B |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Adult | β¬10 | β¬23 | β¬40 | β¬25 |
| Student | β¬6 | β¬14 | β¬25 | β¬15 |
| Child, 7 to 18 years | β¬4 | β¬6 | β¬15 | β¬9 |
Rate B is the later entry in summer. Rate A applies up to 4 p.m. in June, July and August and up to 3 p.m. in September; rate B applies after that. Check the exact slot boundary when you book.
Two-day ticket prices
| Two-day ticket | Jan to Mar, Nov to Dec | Apr to May, Oct | Jun to Sep |
|---|---|---|---|
| Adult | β¬15 | β¬39 | β¬60 |
| Student | β¬9 | β¬20 | β¬40 |
| Child, 7 to 18 years | β¬7 | β¬10 | β¬20 |
The two-day ticket is valid on 2 consecutive days and needs the visitor's name. Compared with a day ticket, the second day adds β¬5 in winter, β¬16 in spring and October, and β¬20 in summer for an adult. For most visitors, a day ticket is enough for one program. Choose the two-day ticket if you want to combine two programs, for example the Lower Lakes on one day and the Upper Lakes on the other.
How the time slot works
You choose a date and a time slot when you book. The ticket is tied to that slot.
- Activate at your entrance: activate the ticket at the entrance you chose during booking, either entrance 1 or entrance 2.
- Not earlier: you cannot enter before your slot begins.
- Up to 1 hour late: you can arrive up to 1 hour after the slot starts.
- Autumn ticket desks: in the current autumn schedule the desks stop selling at 15:00. Check the opening hours for the season of your visit.
Ticket machines at both entrances sell tickets for the same day or the next day. They are a backup, not a reason to skip booking in high season. The entrance you pick also decides your program, so read Entrance 1 or 2 before you choose.
Free entry, students and groups
Bring the proof that fits your category.
Free entry
Children up to 7 enter free. People with reduced mobility or a disability rating above 50 percent also enter free, as do the companions named for them. Check the exact age cut-off when you book.
Students
You need a valid student ID. Student cards from universities worldwide are accepted. Students pay the student rate in the tables above.
Groups of 15 or more
Groups register in advance, at least 2 days before arrival. A guide for a group is a separate service; see guided visits and day trips.
Optional flexible ticket
Since July 2025 there is an optional extra of β¬5 that lets you change or cancel the date of your visit. It is an add-on, not a fee on every order. Check the exact conditions at checkout.
Autumn promotion
From 24 October to 1 November 2026 reduced prices apply: adults β¬10, students β¬6 and children 7 to 18 years β¬4, with tickets bought online.
